Key Steps

Flying Kimura:
  • Start by grabbing the opponent's wrist.
  • Close the distance and initiate a Kimura grip.
  • Perform a forward roll while maintaining control.
  • Transition to the T Kimura position for control.
  • Follow the opponent's movement to secure hooks and initiate a choke or roll on top for the Kimura finish. 

Flying Guillotine:
  •  

    Snap the opponent's head down and grab the chin.
  • Roll over while looking for connection.
  • Backwards roll into mount position to finish.
  • Alternatively, follow their reaction. 

Triangle/Armbar:

  •  

    If the opponent extends their arm, grab their head and post up on their elbow.
  • Jump in for a triangle or armbar submission.
